 A while back, I posted a femslash thingy to Ao3. Because I'd seen two women interact and went huh. 

Now, I got a comment saying effectively:  You should have Character B meet Characters C & D. 

While I appreciate their enthusiasm, I have no interest in doing so. Now what? How to respond to a comment like that?

You're under no obligation to write what anyone wants, or to justify why/why not. But an acknowledgement of appreciation is always nice. A pleasant "thanks for reading!" usually works fine.
